Kevin Coffey Buttermilk Biscuits
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. use a shredder to "shred" a v. cold stick of butter (can be frozen! or refrigerated is fine too) into the dry ingredients, mixing as you go along to evenly distribute the butter
3. add the buttermilk
4. bake! :) the temperature is in F
